On mityinc.com, you can shop all MITY product collections (including MityLite, Holsag, and Bertolini), place a product order, explore fabric and color options for products, shop from your mobile devices, see special business pricing, view your order history, create a wish-list, and visit industry-specific pages with recommended products and useful literature.
How do I create an account?
It’s easy! Create an account in four simple steps:
Click on “Create New Account” in the upper right corner of the mityinc.com Home Page
Fill in all company contact information
Look for an email with a link to activate your account
After you activate your account, you will receive another email to set your password
What if I forget my password?
Click on “Sign In” in the upper right corner of the mityinc.com Home Page. Select “Forgot Your Password?” next to the “Sign In” button. Look for an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and follow the instructions.
Can I customize products online?
Yes! There are many customization options available when ordering products online. However, the site does not yet include all the product customization options for every product. If you cannot find the product options you are looking for online, contact our sales department [link to contact] to order a product that fits your needs. More customization options will be available through online ordering in the future.
What if I can’t find the product options I want online?
Because we have such a robust collection of products, we are slowly building the list of offerings on mityinc.com. As time goes on, we will have more product options listed on the website. For now, each product only has a few customization options listed on the product pages. However, all product options are still available for customers to order through their sales reps. Can I pay online?
The mityinc.com website is not set up to take payments yet. After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a price total including tax and shipping. Within two business days, you will receive an email from the sales team with prepayment information. After payment is processed, the order will be shipped according to lead time, and the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
How do I see my order total?
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with a cost breakdown that includes tax and shipping.
How will I get information about tax and shipping?
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a second email that includes an order total with a breakdown of product pricing, shipping, and tax.
How do I track my order?
After payment is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number to notify you that the product has shipped.
What is Proposition 65 and why does that warning appear on some MITY products?
California requires the Prop 65 warning be listed on any product, sold within the state, that contains chemicals identified by California law as having the potential to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. The Prop 65 warning is required on some MITY products because they contain materials that may include some of these chemicals. We have chosen to include the Prop 65 warning on all products because our products do end up in California after leaving our manufacturing facilities. Though the warning is required on some of our products, we believe that exposure to MITY products doesn’t constitute any significant risk for our customers. All MITY products are rigorously tested and they meet or exceed every relevant, industry-accepted safety standard including all applicable federal laws.
